We accept exchanges within 5 working days of you receiving the item(s). Unfortunately we do not accept returns unless the product is faulty and for the CLEARANCE items no returns and no exchanges unless products are faulty or damaged.

Refund can only be initiated if the item you paid for isn't available for any reason and you don't want any alternative.
